That's cat languange for "I love you so much, please take me home with you"She obviously thinks she'd be very happy with you and wants to make you happy back. Please be nice to her, cats are very sensitive and have feelings just like we do.Oh and biting is a show of affection in cats unless their ears are down against the back of their head.Poor thing, you shoud be honored for her to be so openly affectionate with you,it's unusual for a cat to do this.

My kitten licks my face and rubs her face against mine all the time. We went away for the weekend and when we got abck yesterday she wouldnt stop!! I think its thier way of showing affection. Not sure about the hair thing though. My kitten plays with it when it gets in the way, but she doesnt bite it. But i think she is just trying to say that she likes you. I think cats at the rspca crave more affection because they have to share you with so many others. Stroke her head and give her affection back - she'll love you

I don't see anything gross about that! It is her way of claiming you and saying she loves you. If you think it is gross to have a cat lick your face and rub her face on yours, maybe you should find a different job. Animal lovers do not find this gross, we love it.

They say that the cat you should pick for yourself at a store (or pound) is the one that comes to you. If a cat did what you described, it is DEFINITELY the one for you. What a great start to a relationship with your pet when it already adores you and you haven't even done anything. Sounds like the cat is marking you, that you belong to the cat.

it ought to be the recent cat... did the habit start up once you acquire the recent guy? they from time to time vent their frustrations on the owner. it could additionally be a scientific undertaking. If the cat is in soreness it won't prefer to be touched. look into the link...

The cat is showing you her affection. in other words, ":she loves you." My mother had a cat named mikki. Mikki would occasionaly hiss and attack people, but for some reason she loved my dad. She would lick his hands and stay close to him.

What a wonderful cat. She considers you part of her family so you should consider it an honor. Now go wash your face.

Bitting the hair means she is playing with it. when she rubs her head on yours she is than putting her scent on you. letting other cats know that she was there. thats great that you are working at the aspca!!!!

Cats rub noses with others that they consider part of their "pack" They have scent glands on their face, and they are marking you with their scent, saying "You're mine" and getting your scent on them 'I'm Yours" It's loving behavior.

How adorable! She loves you:) Most people don't get cats and assume they only take -- not true at all.
