Depends on your body frame and amount of muscle mass. Somewhere between 105lb and 140lb.

HTH : )

I am 5 foot 4 inches and I weigh 123 pounds but i am an avid bodybuilder and eat very well.I was at one point in my life around 135-145 and I was happy with that.I didn't look fat and I didn't look skinny. It all depends on your body and how well proportioned you are.

The only problem with BMI and all that stuff is that its not always accurate. My husband is short but heavy meaning he weighs a lot...but he is by no means fat. He did his BMI and it told him he was obese. I laughed because like I said he is by no means OBESE. I would go to a nutrionist and have them do measurements and see what they say. You always get disappointed if you use the online bmi calculators.
