My mother used my identity to apply for a mortgage loan and an auto loan in 99 and 2001. I am 18 now and I just looked at my credit report and found this out. I was 10 and 13 in 99 and 2001, I COULDNT HAVE APPLIED FOR THESE! How do I have these erased off my credit history!?!? And Second how do I contact law enforcement regarding my mother's illegal tactics? Can she face any punishments for this?

first, you should contact the credit reporting agencies, which show this on your report,,,, let them know the facts, that you were a child, and these are not your obligations,,,,,,, also, are you certain she applied for the loans in your name? or could it be a mix up,,,,,, does it just show an application, or was a mortgage, auto loan given? it would be very difficult for her to apply in your name,,,,, as she would need some form of id in your name,,,,and on here your name is thomas, if you are male and she is female, that would make it even more difficult to steal your identity,,,, plus your age at the time,,,,, perhaps she applied , with you as beneficiary,, and the information was mixed up,,,,,
either way, contact the credit reporting agency, to have it removed, then also contact the two businesses,, where she applied,,,,,,, and perhaps talk to her,,,,,, to get the details of what actually happened,,,,,, if after investigating it, you find out she did apply in your name,,,,,, call your police non emergency phone # (look in phone book under your city,, ) they can let you know what/how to proceed with it legally, if she is guilty

talk to a bank person and see what they have to say. since it was a while ago, you might not be able to do anything regarding your credit. talk to a police officer or a lawyer about reporting your mom. there might be a limit on the statute for this in terms of years....BAD MOM!

That sucks.

Your gonna have to get your mom in trouble in order to get it off your history. Just talk to your lawyer, or a lawyer. The bad thing is that it takes time and money to get it erased.

Sorry.
