You can definitely lose 5 pounds in 30 days; that is a very realistic goal. Here's what you do:
1) Cut out white breads, fast food, fried foods, fatty foods, high carb foods, sugary foods
2) Do cardio exercise for 30-45 minutes 4 times a week
3) Drink LOTS of water
4) Cut 500 calories out per day from the amount of calories you would normally consume

You know I have heard best things to loose weight is eat fish and fruit and vegetable and stay away from much any kind of carbohydrate.
But whole wheat bread only is only best kind to have but still is not good to have much of it.
Is that best to loose weight? Any other good suggestions, I need to drop some too.
Anybody heard about any good points of the Glycemic Index in rating foods which are best to eat for weight loss and good health?

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
