I would make sure that your size 24 girl is comfortable in the dress that you pick and That dress will normally be appropriate for everyone. Smaller sized people can usually wear anything.

You don't need to mix and match, but what looks cool is to choose a colour then have each one choose a style which looks best on them. Looks classy in pics.
For my wedding, had four bridesmaids - size 5, 7, 15, and 17. It was pure luck to find a pretty summery dress, tea length, that all loved and suited the variety of body types. It had short sleeves, a deep v neck in front, back v with crossed straps - but what saved everyone was it had a dropped waistline in a v.
Your mom could wear something different than the girls. Interesting that she's the smallest!
You just have to look hard. There are lots of dresses that go to size 26, so the bigger girl should be no problem.

I woudld go with a full gown you are going to need to make the dress cater more to the 22 yr old bcos of her size but that is ok. For your mother I would make the dress a little more to suit her age and her status in your wedding it is okay even expected if she is dressed differently not only is she the mob she is also the moh. With Davids Bridal Style 8567 is flattering for the fuller figure even if you are not buying from there this dress is a good example F1286 is also a very flattering style F12329 is another good example as it is a 2 piece full style. here is a link to a designer dress on ebay that has the right style for the figures you are looking to dress

here is another example of the style of dress:

I would have the largest bridesmaid try on dresses first and maybe just a one on one first so that she does not feel as if she has to wear what the thinner girls are fitting into. The dresses can work for all the ladies i would just get her to try them on first as she is going to be the one with more size issues. Or go by yourself to the dress stores (if this is how u r planning on buying them) and ask the clerk to show you what she has in teh largest size first and make sure that dress also comes in the smaller sizes. the curvier girl doesnt have to stand out in a much different dress bcos of size! nor does you mother bcos of age unless she wants to or you want her to

I am told these three sites have sizes up to about 28. An A-line skirt suits all figure types. You will need a neckline that doesn't reveal too much for the larger busted women. Probably a slight sleeve if they are self-concious about their upper arms. You can go tea- length or floor. Like this?

You could go the same color, different dress route.

what i did with my bridesmaids was choose a fabric i liked, and had them each have a dress made to whatever they were most comfortable with, if you are not confident in their taste of dresses you could ask to see the design before they have it made and weak it a bit.
it shouldn't be that had to find a good seamstress who can put together the dresses.
good luck!

here is my opinion for what its worth
fat hanging of arms and poking out the back does not look or feel nice so i suggest some sort of sleeve just a little, it does the job
long dresses cover any fat on the legs
I wish you all the best for your dreams.
