I ordered $10 to my Phone Out and the balance reflected this amount correctly but in my bank statement it appeared twice charges from Yahoo. Please help to check and refund to me.

Call yahoo and tell them. Its much more personal that way,and they will pay more attention to you than if you E-mailed them. They will fix your problem.

Contact Yahoo and tell them you got charged twice. Have them look at the statement and get it refunded and then just to be sure, have them send you and email or confirmation letter of the refunded amount.

Dispute the second charge with your bank.
