I work at a university, is it wrong for me to date a graduate student who is attending the school?

I work at an office at a university. I think one of the students is flirting with me, will it be bad if I date a student? Or is it just a bad idea period?

if the student is actually taking a class from you or you influence his/her education in any way then i would say it would not be a good idea.
other than that, i don't see why not.
