I'm getting ready to start an Internet cafe'. I have the hardware knowledge to build a nice LAN setup (maybe WAN if I can get my other location going). However, what I lack is the software knowledge.

What I am looking for is a good software to monitor all the systems from a centralized point and monitor user usage.

Also, it would be helpful if there are any central game licensing companies instead of me purchasing the licenses through each individual manufacturer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This software seems to work nicely, it has a server that you install onto the main computer, and a "screen shield" that you put on each public computer. You can change where the clients can go, what they can acess on the system, as well as monitor what theyre looking at from the server, link in the source
