I'm 30 yrs old guy. I don't have much facial hair. It is surrounded only near my chins. I want to grow long Side Burns, but I can't because I don't have hair on that portion. Please tell me if there is some oil or lotion that will help develop new facial hair.

i know it sounds funny, but the more you cut hair, the faster and longer it grows.
so i agree with old mate.
as soon as you get a bit of hair, shave it for a month or two, then let it grow.
if you dont have much hair where u want the chops, still shave that bit too. will help in the end

Shave. Its as realistic as that. The extra you shave the extra hair will develop again. There are distinctive creme's and creams you'll be able to assess out too however the simplest method is simply too shave regularly.
