The longest tunnel is in Japan. It is called Sei-kan and is 53.85 km long. i thk it is going under the the sea.

The Gotthard base tunnel in Switzerland will be it, once it's finished. It'll allow for a crossing of the Alps that's flatter than most railroads in flatlands!
