Everytime I save a picture in GIMP(photo editor similar to photoshop) it ends up being blurry. I can't figure out why. I save all pictures in JPG, JPEG form but still, it's really blurry! Please help!

I know! when my friends edits them in photoshop, there's no blurryness. I can't figure out why. If anybody has a website or anything on it, hook me up!

It could be that you are saving them at a higer resolution than the original. If that's the case, then Gimp is reproducing content and color that isn't there and that would cause a blurry seeming image.

I'm not familiar with Gimp so I can't give you a 100% positive answer, but that seems the most likely. Search the Help for Image Resolution. Most images for web are saved at 72dpi (120 for normal print and 300 for professional printing).
