There are a couple of places:

Northern Manhattan (Washignton Heights)

Central Brooklyn (Crown Heights, Brownsville, East New York)

South Bronx

Central Manhattan (Harlem)

On Long Island it's Hempstead, Roosevelt, Elmont, and Freeport in Nassau County and Central Islip, Bayshore, Brentwood, anf Coram in Suffolk County. Hope his helps.
