Although homosexuality is a sin, I'm sure some gay individuals will be saved depending on their circumstances. However, do you cry sometimes at the thought that you may be seperated from your loved one because of their lifestyle, IF you are saved when Christ returns? Only God knows who will make it, but these thoughts still arise for some I'm sure.

Dr. Free there are several scriptures which speak of Homosexuality:

Lev. 18:22, "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."

Lev. 20:13, "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltness is upon them"

1 Cor. 6:9-10, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

Romans 1:26-28, "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper."

Idance I didn't predict who would not be saved, I said "may not be saved". It is a fact that not all heterosexual or homosexuals will be saved.

One unrepented sin is just like any other. If homosexuals know that their "lifestyle" is jeopardizing their eternal salvation, and they continue living the same way regardless, then they have made their decision. If they were concerned for their salvation, they would repent and ask Jesus to forgive them. When the time comes I will grieve for them just as I will for any other lost soul, no more and no less.

I do not have any gay loved ones. I do not
even know anyone who is gay, unless they are and its the best kept secret ever.
My understanding is that the new statistics '
state that less than one quarter of one percent of the population of the USA is
actually homosexual. So it should not be a surprize to you that I do not know anyone who is gay.
If someone is gay when Christ returns, please note that the Bible is quite clear that there will be a 1000 yr. period of teaching and strict disipline (both of which are badly needed) and no person will be judged until that time is expired. All will have the opportunity to learn truth.
All who wish to "make it" will have the opportunity to do that. Of course, this present nonsense will no longer be tolerated; teaching and strict disipline.

Jesus never even mentions homosexuality. In the Gospels, Christ is more concerned with helping the poor, the hungry, and visiting those in prison. In Matthew 25: 31-46, Christ makes it clear that the people who will be in hell are the people who ignore the plight of the needy.

It doesn't matter if a person is gay or not according to the Christian religion. We are all born in sin and not one of us lives a life without sin. Anyone who accepts Jesus as thier personal savior will be saved. That is exactly why God sent his only son.

i think that God forgives sin. and like you said.. homosexuality is a sin. but what i dont understand is what happens when its a DNA thing where you've got more testosterone when you're a girl or more estrogen when you're a guy and so you feel yourself attracted to the same sex.. isnt that like unchangeable?

but to answer your question.. i think that as long as you believe in God and you believe that He saved you from your sins.. then they'll go to heaven. so no, i dont think i'd cry.

I sometimes cry when I think about my local priest molesting and sodomizing all of the neighborhood children. I'm hoping he may still be saved though, depending on the circumstances.

It's my life not a lifestyle. The obsessive focus by Christians on homosexuality is an endless source of curiosity for me.

Crying infront of the God is the best gift, that you can give Him. But it should not be for materialistic desires.

Whether hetrosexuals or homosexuals, all are His sons. All of us need to cry for getting his intervention in our lives.
