I want to manage my supplier's profile, i have made it in Excel & word, but i want to manage it as database. can you please advise which software i use or is there any software available free on net to keep record / profiles of suppliers.

Well i think microsoft still the base office tools until now.

Hmm. Maybe for now it's only the microsoft office that do the trick. Maybe you can use the other like Adobe Acrobat Reader or maybe just the simple notepad or wordpad.
