And then there are all the countries that have been attacked by the CIA. Pretty much all of the Middle East, most of Latin America, Chili, I suppose we mean that WWII is excluded.

Then there was Grenada, Panama, Cambodia, Laos.

Chemicals -- Agent Orange, napalm (its a chemical).

brendon - brendon - brendon -- The question was about the USA. If you want answers on the others post a question.

The US flouts itself as a moral country. And since it does we it is necessary to oint out its immorality. Nobody wants the US running around the world being a self appointed policeman.
At least you do admit that the US does these things and that it is wrong. People have been robbing other people forever - does this give you the to do the same?

I answered your question "invaded" and left out the "bombed" addition.

I think the next logical question, folks, is...

How many of these "invasions" was unprovoked, unsolicited??

Oh.. and the final follow-up question... for extra credit, of course...

How many of these countries we've "invaded" are controlled by the US government now? How many are US territories? Japan probably has the most reason to gripe about us, but they're certainly running their own country and doing a great job of it, too!

Technically, I suppose we "invaded" the beaches at Normandy, France... But that was upon request.. and look, they're not flying the American flag, either!

Let's see, if you live in a small country that doesn't have great military prowess, and you have an insane military dictator or another nation is bullying you and you know your chances of getting military resources or any decent infrastructure out of China and Russia are nil, Who ya gonna call?

There have been at least 30+ military & CIA interventions by the US since the end of WW2, 60+ years ago. I only count the ones where the CIA or military actively financed, armed, participated or took sides in coups/civil wars (mostly supporting & arming murderous right-wing anti-communist dictators or rebels against left-leaning governments or rebels), since many lists also include nuclear threats, and rescue/evacuation operations of American citizens.

You can Google "US military interventions". The lists are quite shocking.

Of course, the majority of these interventions are not discussed in the media or school history classes & textbooks, for very obvious reasons. It makes our country & ourselves look bad. The majority of Americans don't want that to happen - especially our military & political leaders, who would lose their power & moral authority if we really knew what they were doing.

You can't possibly be serious. You want someone to answer how many under-cover operations were done by the US? The people who know, won't say, and anyone who answers doesn't know their a$§ from a hole in the ground. The rest of us can't and won't do a thing about it, so why not save a tree or something! If you hurry, there's an island half way between Canada and Greenland that you can lay claim to. I hear the seals need savin'. Don't drink Korn Syrup, it's Poison!

The U.S. government has sent alot of people alot of places. Just feel comfortable knowing that operatives of U.S. forces have pretty much "cased" the globe. And for you Brenden. It was a question. There was nothing implied . It was a simple question. You seem to be feeling some guilt, or lack of pride or lack of self-worth or somethng. You need some help. Jack off more, or buy an assault rifle and go to the range to blow off some stress, but for god's sake man, lighten up yaaa F\/

Not nearly enough.
About 1/3 of the number that has been "revolutionnarily assisted" by the Soviet, Chinese and jihadi mercenaries.

As an example of effects of "invasion", I would suggest a comparison between "occupied" South Korea and "liberated" North Korea.

100 %.
All the countries that have been attacked during post WW II era, the USA has been involved in all of them in one way or the other.
One can count a few exceptions in Central Asia like Chechnya but even there American consent was there.
If not directly, then indirectly.
