No religious belief has a listing of nasty movies. I've found some biblical movies rather nasty when they are loaded with violence. Would that make them sinful?

If your consiousness tells u that somethings are nasty and some are good, it is better to stick on to good. Just like how people are punished for stealing, abducting, etc. each man have to face God for judgement to whom all the sins and goodness man did are transparent. But to those whose sins need to gone, there is Jesus who came to pay the sacrifice and show the way hence forth.
I was into deep rooted sins, ofcourse this watching movies was one of them, this made me do and think other sins too. But I was delivered just because of Jesus who saved me. Calling on Him will surely do away what we really want to do away ourselves but cannot, cause there is evil in operation. So trust God and pour everything you feel like cause He listens to you more than u tell and mean.

If you are talking about porn movies, the bible is against all kinds of sexual immorality
Matthew 15:19
For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander
Acts 15:29
You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.
Romans 13:13
Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.
1 Corinthians 6:13
"Food for the stomach and the stomach for food"—but God will destroy them both. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

I wouldn't call it "sin" but I would say that it is less than ideal. It may be spiritually damaging, depending on what you mean by "nasty."

nope but i'm against porno because hundreds of thousands of women get kidnapped, raped and forced into the industry.
may be some women do it from their free will.. many others are forced to :(.. this is why i want all women to stop. it's the only way to make the industry go out of business.

It says in the Bible that thinking about screwing someone is as bad as actually screwing that person. so i guess watching porn is a sin.
