To be honest, if you want to permanently reduce facial hair, the only way is laser treatment. However, you can use products that can temporarily remove the hair. Such as hair removal cream (specifically ones for sensitive skin or facial hair) or wax. Some people even go to the trouble of threading or plucking away their facial hairs which can be a lengthy process. Hope this helps :)

A light facial depilatory available at drugstores is a gentle way to manage this. One might use a mild creame bleach to diminish shadows.( always check your skins sensitivity as the directions on the boxes tell you to.) Finally, an occasional tweeze will nab those little stragglers... ( I get them on my chin!) a Pumice stone is so harsh to you delicate facial skin.....

Consul a gynaecologist if you have hair growth over your lips and cheek. Perhaps it may be because of hitruism which need physical examination.
Apply turmeric powder paste over the entire face are after dinner and wash after half an hour.

yeah, rub a pumice stone on your face and see how much better you'd look.
seriously, look into some prescription creams, or laser hair removal.

Waxing if you can live through it. The hair will grow in scarcer than before, because each hair follicle has its own growth rate they grow back but at different times, it makes it appear thinner.

Waxing or plucking - when the hair is pulled out by its roots, it comes back lighter and thinner.
The worst thing you can do is shaving - the hair will come back thicker and darker.
