HappyKid, well, ostensibly there are a lot of people who don't accept evolution, but curiously want to get updated vaccines because of mutating diseases.

Well, if you want to go to public school you don't really have a choice, but you have a good point.

People who believe the creationist theory for the beginning of the world, etc. don't necessarily reject science altogether. Actually there are three theories of creation:
The world was created by God in 6 days.
The world was created by God in 6 God days using evolution to create the different species.
The whole thing was just one big accident where something was created out of nothing by accident.

Why does this argument keep showing up here? Why is everyone so cusious about how other people think on this issue? Are you trying to start a debate on this again? It's getting tiresome.

Your point has no relation to the argument of creationism vs evolutionism.

Creationist state that evolution is false. Life is spirit and the physical forms have always existed to be used by the soul while its stay on earth.
Creationist acknowledge the physical body and its physical properties. The body although it is not life still needs care as it is the vehicle that carries the soul within.

Why do they go to western doctors at all? Without the scientific theory of evolution, every life science collapses and its knowledge is false. Without evolution, practitioners of modern medicine are no different from witch doctors or those who practice voodoo. Therefore, all creationists who trust in modern medicine and utilize its services are hypocrites.

Hi Bad Squirrel, Bad. Those of us who know that God created the universe have no problem taking vaccines. In fact, God gave us physicians, so it is not sinful to see a doctor when we are not physically well. In Isaiah 38:21 Isaiah instructs Hezekiah to make a poultice of figs to heal a boil:

"Now Isaiah had said, “Let them take a lump of figs, and apply it as a poultice on the boil, and he shall recover.”

In 1 Timothy 5:21 God tells us:

"No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach’s sake and your frequent infirmities."

All healing comes from God, but the healing God speaks of in the Bible is a spiritual healing of our sins. In Matthew 9:12-13 God tells us:

"... “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

Who rejected biological theory. All things made by God has its real biology, physics, chemistry, Maths, etc which is known to God more than man. The person who planned and designed knows more than the person who studies it.

There is God, after long years where I dint know that God existed, but only believed, now I know He is there, cause He dint abandon His creation which believed and needed Him very much, thats why Jesus came. I am so sure and I cannot deny cause I have very strong evidences which makes me awe God.

Who said that we reject biological theory?? Because we reject the basis of interpreting carbon dating does not mean that we reject all scientific data..
Are you saying that in order to accept vaccines we must believe in evolution???

I reject them because they actually depress the immune system, and there's all sorts of nasty stuff (like mercury and aluminum) in them.

And no, you don't HAVE to have vaccinations to go to school. I have a son in preschool and we don't vaccinate him anymore. I basically need a waiver in my state. In all states you can turn them down for medical reasons, in most states for religious reasons, and in some states philosophical reasons.

Theory. schmerry, it's the end result that they are interested in. Other related beliefs aren't considered. Disease prevention is.

Some religions shun medicine. Government FORCES it upon them for their children.

In China GOVERNMENT regulated propegation (making babies).

Food for thought. Which is worse, GOVERNMENT or RELIGION.

Did your file your tax return yet! You'll be in hot water if you don't!

Some creationists don't reject that things evolve. They just say that live and the Earth were created.
