me and a girl I have known as a friend just got back together and she told me she just wants to be friends, but shes being really sweet to me, when we meet we hug, then she gives me this passionate kiss that i am totally into, but shes afraid of a relationship...whats going on?? what does all this mean??

Over 90% of communication is non-verbal. So if what she is saying and what she is doing are giving you different messages, tell her you're not a mind reader and what does she mean. Don't be afraid to ask. If you want a relationship, begin (and continue) by communicating.

Yes,that may be comfusing....
She's sending mixed signals,perhaps she really wanna be back with you,but don't wanna rush it or make it known yet?
I don't know!
ASK her about it,because if she's acting like she's ready for a relationship,but says the opposite,there's only one way to find out!

who knows shes probably seein someone else and doesnt want too hurt u there are people out there like that.
