Call it Sync. !!! I was just remembering someone who is being Sweet to me (she is usually so rude). Was wondering what it is she wants out of me.
It all depends on the person and their usual behavior. I am wary of those who are usually not sweet and try on you sometimes.
Some are made nice and good. Surely give them a benefit of doubt.
So ulterior motive is to get something out of you, is my opinion.

It could range any where from true sincerity to complete phoniness, totally depends on the individual.

she probably wants something from you. I'd watch out. Maybe she is just annoyingly sweet, but probably not.
