Grand Canyon, Vietnam veterans wall, Sydney harbour bridge(climb), American history museum at Smithsonian Institute but mostly, the memory of being on top of the World Trade Center a few years ago.

It wasn't a monument but a piece of art. When I saw Thomas Gainsborough's "Blue Boy," I felt as if I were standing in front of history.
