If I were her I would take it as a compliment! I've heard people say things along those lines before...that's definately a compliment!

I suppose if you think of "horrible" as an overstatement of "bad" (really bad) then by saying horribly beautiful you could argue you think she's "really" beautiful. It kinda makes sense to me.
