I want thin toned legs and a firm butt so badly! PLEASE help me! I need you to tell me how I can be strong -willed and not eat bad foods! PLEASE!!! I desperately want thin beautiful toned legs! I am so disgusted every time I look at my fat chunky ugly butt and thighs in the mirror! I feel like crying!

When I am at the store I keep repeating to myself a moment on the lips a life time on the hips. I also tell myself that food will always be there. I lost 80 pounds after my daughter was born. It was hard, but worth it.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

eat less calories and exercise more. Set small goals for yourself. A goal like wanting a nice butt and legs can feel impossible because you won't see big changes for a while. Try setting small goals like losing 1-2 pounds a week and walking or jogging a mile 3 times a week. Hold yourself accountable for each small goal and before you know it the small goals will get your big goal accomplished. Good luck.

step 1 stop hating yourself
step 2 decide you want to be more healthy
step 3 plan out a healthy diet
step 4 excercise at least 3 times a week with a combo of cardio and weight training

The girls in the beauty pageants wrap their thighs in microwave wraps and then exercise. This will burn fats faster and keep the skin on their thighs tight. I am not sure about the butt.

I know exactly how you feel. I used to weight 120-130 and now I weigh 170. Do you workout at all? Get a DVD on pilates. windsorpilates.com or you can but it in a store. Or Denise Austin has one also. Do you walk?

If you want to change it takes hard work and sacrifice, if you can't do that then learn to accept yourself how you are. Besides that , they way someone looks has no bearing on your goodness and worthiness. I bet everyone loves you and you don't even realize.
