I would suggest that you put Mohammad as the middle name...like this:
Ameera Mohammad Farheen
Ameera means princess, so it has a nice meaning to it. Mohammad could be for a boy, so if you want to use Mohammad, use it as middle name. :)

Now as far as names are concerned choose names that have
a good meaning and use a girls name like which is not too
long and complicated.Mohammad is the best of names but it
suits a boy more than a girl,the other names like Ameera,
Farheen or names of the mother of the believers like Aiyesha
[ may Allah be pleased with her ] etc are also very good.But
do not attach any surerstitions to any name that you choose
for your daughter and do not forget the Aakika, that is to
slaughter one Goat, sheep ect as thanks giving to Allah the
almighty eat of it with relatives and friends and give some to
the poor. May Allah the almighty bless your family.

Why would you call your daughter Mohammad???
Ameera is good, or even Ameena.
Muhammad (pbuh) ordered that the best of names should be chosen for one's children, so take that into consideration.

mohammed is the finest name-and i belive in the boys names list-its the highest named-and i have named my son and call him just that-Mohamed--but for a girl--u could call her Mohameda-or like the others said place it in between the other names--beautiful they r-congrats on ur new bundle of joy
