A victim of any rape has not sinned.
Sin is a deliberate thought, word, deed, or omission contrary to the eternal law of God.
In other words, sin is anything that hurts your relationship with God.

The only thing we go to hell for is not accepting Jesus's death on the cross as payment for our sins.
Like any other person, this hypothetical person has sin in his life. Being victimized by someone of the same sex has nothing to do with that.
Even the cruel person who victimizes him can repent of his sins and receive a new life and the gift of salvation. We are all such sinners, and we all deserve hell, but Jesus Christ paid the penalty for all our sins.

I don't think you can lay down with another man trying to rape you. What a stupid question.
If a woman gets raped by a married man...is she an adultress? If a man is shot dead by someone in a robbery, is he a murderer?

Rape is NOT a choice. However there is more to it, the person who was raped, would also have to be saved by God. He must have accepted God as his savior and asked forgiveness for his sins (rape not being one) in order to get to Heaven.

Umm...no. Rape is a crime and act of violence that has nothing to do with sex. The victim wasn't willing and didn't choose to lay with another man. God isn't that black & white and He doesn't condemn automatically like people do.

Actually, I'm quite sure that all Christians would tell you that he would not go to Hell for being raped, because that's far too ridiculous.

No. You do not sin because of what is done to your body. You sin according to what is in your heart.
And a little clarification. We are not sent to hell because we have piled on a bunch of sins. We go to hell because we choose to, by rejecting the free gift of salvation given to us through Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.
