60 mins a day is wonderful! Just make sure you are eating enough, and what you are eating is healthy, then you should be well on your way. Remember good things take time, the slower you loose the weight the more likely it is to stay off. Good luck!

water 8 8oz glasses- runs fatty toxins out of your body. Walk- dont always run. Cardio excersizing gives you an excersize that works your body up to 45minutes AFTER you've finished. Dont eat or drink calories 4 hours before you go to bed... get good nights rest and give yourself credit!

Lose 10 Lbs?- by when??? From the sound of your regime- you're on the right track. Just keep it up, watch those carbs & calories, & keep those legs moving. (& keep well hydrated- too. Calories don't "stick" very well- in solution.) Good luck! :)

Make sure that you drink enough water. Measure your food and count calories. You'll loose the weight.
