I think one way to spot a liar is that they will not look you in the face, here are some others - body lanuage, eye movement, voice changes

Okay girls not all guys lie. Thats a sterotype that really pisses me off. I personally never lie to a girl, I'm not even a moral person. It just makes life easier to not lie to women. But for most guys lieing can be fairly easy, there are some little gestures, as mentioned in other answers. If it's a really serious matter, he'll probably have a very straight honest look about him.

you could only tell by actions and if you were to ask him a question and if he's not telling the truth he'll repeat the question to you like you were asking him.

tell them to look in your eyes straight and if he does that,,,,without laughing,,,maybe he's telling u no lie,,,coz some guys that are telling lie will never look at your eyes straight and will even laugh when explaining or saying sumthing to you...and you will somehow feel it too....just be wise at all times,,,dont fall easily with some and few romantic words from guys,,,,coz a lot are using sweet words just to fool us girls,,,,be wise thats all i can say,,,let us prove to guys that we are worthy to be loved and not be cheated by them....

if he is saying all the stuff looking into your eyes he is not lying
if he fluctuates he is lying or avioding
it is all about body language there are many other signs also
be carefull with such guys
