No but they should for pollution!!
we can get deep vein thrombobis sitting at the computer or going for long drives
but yes they should warn the people & get them to move around but other than that the people must know by now the risks same as smokes & grog people know

People can easily take simple measures (foot exercises, compression hose, aspirin) to prevent them.
