I couldn't change the age or height on my online WW account but it shows 20 points. (I converted 65 kgs to 147 lbs.)
A great website for help is Dottie's Weight Loss Zone.
I was always looking for low-point, zero-point snacks... She has the scoop on EVERYTHING including restaurants and fast food.

25. It works. Get their little booklet. I did weight watchers that way and i never paid because my grandma had the booklet with all the foods and their points and I lost a lot of weight. :)
