i would like to know how to get two 8ohme solobaric S15 subwoofers that also have single voice coils down to 4ohms or better?also the specs of a seeled enclosure box for these S15 subs?

If im getting what you are saying, you have two single 8 ohm subs, you need to just connect the two positives together and then the two negatives together, thats it, you will get 4 ohms

By using each of the speakers' + on the amp +, and each of the speakers' - on the amp -.
If it is a 2ch. amp, usually left + is bridged + and right - is bridged -. Check with amp manufacturer on this as they're not all like this. Not all 2ch. amps are bridgable.

Wire them in parallel to get a 4 ohm load.
