This fat-*** bison hit my parked car. It died moments later when another car (moving car) hit it at about 50 MPH. Anyway, it did about $2,000 worth of damage to my car. Can I sue someone?

Wait, it wasn't a bison. I remember now. It was a Beaver. But it was carrying a log, so i thought it was a bison.

Your parked car was hit by a bison and then hit by a moving vehicle and you only sustained 2000 in damages.

I would suggest suing the bison himself, no wait it was a beaver that you thought was a bison ( I see where you would be confused since they look so much alike). Unfortunately you can't sue beavers. To bad it wasn't a bison, you can sue them.

This is considered an Act of God. Try suing him. If you do not believe in him then try suing the fish and game for not putting up a fence to keep the Bison/Beaver away from human life.

What kind of question is this? It's got to be a Gag question.

You could probably sue your state's converstation department since they are suppose to be controlling these critters and allowing you to hunt them. I don't understand how these animals can reck havock on our lives and disrespect us like that, but we can't kill them whenever they get bad!

Nope, just go to your insurance and make a claim. If there's any suing to do, they'll do it.

Ahh, insurance. Makes life simple.
