Shea butter will not help with acne! The things you've heard about might be shea butter acne soaps, but not just plain shea butter. It's a very rich moisturizer that might make you break out more. And aloe won't really do anything but help the skin heal. It's extremely good at that, but it won't clear your skin.
Treating your acne depends on what kind of acne you have. If you have straight-up simple, moderate acne, a system or regime like Proactive is probably the best and easiest option. You don't have to use the Proactive products, but salicylic acid, benzoil peroxide, and a glycolic treatment are all things that work on acne, so you would use those in some combination. I'd recommend a salicylic wipe like Stridex or Oxy, then a 2% benzoil peroxide cream like sensitive-skin Oxy or Clearasil all over your face, paired with either a moisturizer with glycolic acid in it or with a glycolic toner used after the salicylic acid wipe.
You can also use masks or spot treatments with sulfur and/or resourcinol.
Since treating your skin for acne might strip it of oils it needs, you should be using a moisturizer, or you will get a bounce-back production of oil and that can make you break out. A good option is jojoba oil, which is chemically almost identical to sebum, your natural skin oil, and therefore works very well with your skin. A lot of acne sufferers swear by it. You can use it on its own or add a few drops to an oil-free moisturizer.
If you have more serious acne, see a doctor for antibiotic treatments or Accutane.
edit: I checked out the shea butter thing further, and it looks like some people claim it works. They also claim tea tree oil will get rid of zits and fix your skin. http://zenmed.com/acne/acne_treatments/acne_cure.htm That sort of thing may work for some people with extremely mild acne. If you have acne so mild that you can fiddle around with "natural" cures (peroxide is natural, sulfur is, and so are salicylates), go for it. You can find shea butter and aloe (as well as tea tree oil) in most body & skin care stores.

I don't think it would be a good idea to add something greasy to your skin if you're trying to treat acne, because it might make the problem worse. You could try the aloe vera, though...it won't hurt anything and might help. Wash your face morning and night with a facial cleanser made for oily or acne-prone skin...there are lots of products in the grocery store for it, even some that are marketed especially for guys, so you don't have to worry about them having a girly fragrance. They're usually in the same aisle as shaving stuff.

Its seems that you are feeling and taking in all the guilt and everyone elses problems. You should be happy that this person has agreed to take on the role as the baby's father, but remember you and him are still extremely young to be parents. I would only let him try to be the father of my child if i was in a relationship with him, which im hoping you are? I would also just stay around home, as you could gain a lot of help and information from your parents as they have rared children before (you). They may be distressed or angry but there emotions arent changing anything for the better, only the worse. You are about to be a mum to a wonderful child, you should shake off all the hurt and negative emotions you are holding on to and be the best mum you can to that child:) What happens when your baby grows up and finds the cure for cancer, becomes an international singer, an oscar award winner, and olympian? They need great upbringing to bring out the best in themselves:) and having a happy childhood is the most important and effective part of life:) Good luck girl:)x

Pharmacy stores like Rite Aid, or Walgreen's will have these products. The aloe vera plant is actually the best thing for skin treatment. You can get a small one at WalMart, break a piece off and rub on your skin as needed. You can also use creams/lotions with aloe and shea butter. What we have found to be best at our house, is Dove bar soap, used with your hands, no washcloth or exfoliating brush's. Rinse and then splash with cold water. Don't dry with towel, air dry, flowing your fingers and hands, softly upward on your face.

Yes, Walmart but it will make your skin kind of greasy. But it's good for dry skin. The coco butter lotion smells just like chocolate.
