I need a Bible verse that talks about how everyone's life has a purpose and or how one makes a difference in other people's lives! Something along those lines! I can't find any! Any ideas?

I know this isnt really an answer, but I'd be really careful with stuff like this if I were you.
If you make assumptions about what the Bible says and then look for verses to support your thoughts you can begin to take verses out of context and drift further and further from what the Lord had in mind.
There are so many ideas in the Bible that are so fresh and different from the World's perspective on things. Its a shame to practive isogesis and make the Bible only say what we already think we know.
Its a lot more work to get into the Bible and begin to share the mind of God and what he really has to say, and well worth it.
I am confident that what the Lord has to say on this issue is so much greater than what you were thinking you'd find. Really dig in and see what you get.
Some of these other answerers have provided some great verses. Be sure to read the whole chapters at least, and get them in their proper context.
Thanks for reading my non-answer.

Matthew 5:14-16, You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men.

You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Both Romans 8:29 and Ephesians 4:7-13 tell us that one of God's purposes for our life is to become like Christ and to use our spiritual gifts to help others grow and be more like Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:31 tells us that another purpose of our lives to to bring God glory in everything that we do.

No such verse. Sorry. If you want a verse about stoning your entire family when you discover them bowing down to a strange god, I can give you one about that.

It's very inspirational. You are entirely within your rights to stone your family under such circumstances.

Exodus 22:18 gives real purpose to my life just like vampires give purpose to Buffy's. "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." Hunt, kill, kill, kill. Now if that isn't meaningful, I don't know what is. And I owe it all to the Bible.

2 Corinthians 1:3,4

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
