An police officer filed out his report saying that an individual was speeding in two different speed zones (and this was the reason for pulling the person over). However there is video evidence that two different speed zones did not exist, what, if anything, can be done or filed in court?

Grab a copy of said video, and challenge the ticket. Just double, triple check your facts before you head to court!

Fightit, bring the evidence. Keep in mind that just because a sign isn't posted that there is no speed limit, the laws provides for this by imposing an assumed speed limit. The lack of a sign is no defense for say going 100 mph.

If you can prove him wrong you WILL win your case, that is if you decide to challenge this traffic violation.
