No...
I'm Muslim, and I believe that Mary (with all love and respect to her) is dead. And whoever is dead is simply dead.
Those who claim to see the dead are either hallucinating or lying in my point of view, still, I don't judge anyone.
Just my opinion.
Peace.

Okay you didn't ask me but I'm answering anyway. I am a Christian and I don't believe the "virgin mary" has appeared to anybody; it's just their imagination, or in some cases it's something that can be explained. I don't know if it's from Satan or not.
Some people might have actually seen an angel and assumed it was Mary. I don't think it was Mary because she died and the resurrection has not happened yet.

I do not accept any of the fevered imaginings of religious folk who think they saw a woman who has been dead for thousands of years
Mary was a Jew?
fine....the only time she's gonna be coming back to earth is when the TRUE messiah arrives and ALL Jews will be resurrected, including Mary
until then?
no mary

Miracles are no proof of the validity of any religion.
I am sure you can also find tons documentation of Hindu gods like Vishnu and Bramah also making appearances.
Dose that add validity to Hinduism? Of course not.

good question!
i am a catholic, so i obviously believe in them.
as for jews.. even if jews actually witnessed these miracles happen, and literally saw them, it still wouldn't hurt their faith any. hah in the torah, moses went to the pahrisees in egypt, and the pahrisees told moses to show him a sign. so moses made the nile river into blood. but the pharisees said that egyptian magicians had done things like that before, so he wasn't convinced.
the point is, is in a jewish perspective, these miracles can still happen and they won't hurt judaism any. the torah even says in deuteronomy to beware of false prophets who can show signs and do miracles and even fortell the future. i don't believe they are referring to jesus, but still.. jews do..
as for muslims.. well, muslims won't believe it, because it is impossible according to islamic beliefs. simple as that...
hope that helps!

I am neither Jew nor Muslim, but I, too, have an opinion on this subject.
I believe people see what they want to see. I believe people believe what they want to believe. It does not matter what the facts are nor what the truth is; people see what they choose to see.

Appearances as in she spoke to people?
I would have to disagree, even a porphet can't just appear to people to talk to them, only God could.
I really haven't heard of many "appearances," could you give me some to examine?

People are delusional, all around the world and at many points throughout history. People will see what they want to see and apply design where no 'design' exists.

They may increase your faith in God, but they take your focus AWAY from Jesus Christ, and put it on Mary.
THAT, my friend makes these visions lying wonders because in essence, idolotry is promoted.
