I've seen some non muslims come up with the argument that in Islam, a raped woman must have four witnesses in order to be believed. That's not true at all. Propagandists warped that completely. Four witnesses is talking about adultery. I will post the verses that basically say that if a man accuses his wife of adultery and can't provide four honest witnesses, he is to be flogged with 80 stripes. I will then post the hadith that says a man who rapes a woman is to be stoned to death and the woman is to live her life as she normally would. Please tell me why you think the culture allowed this injustice to women. What do you think of the men who intentionally twisted this to let each other get away with rape and then murdering their victims?
[024:004] And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;-
[024:013] Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of God, (stand forth) themselves as liars!

During the time of the Prophet (saw) punishment was inflicted on the rapist on the solitary evidence of the woman who was raped by him. Wa'il ibn Hujr reports of an incident when a woman was raped. Later, when some people came by, she identified and accused the man of raping her. They seized him and brought him to Allah's messenger, who said to the woman, "Go away, for Allâh has forgiven you," but of the man who had raped her, he said, "Stone him to death." (Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud)
During the time when Umar (raa) was the Khalifah, a woman accused his son Abu Shahmah of raping her; she brought the infant borne of this incident with her to the mosque and publicly spoke about what had happened. Umar (raa) asked his son who acknowledged committing the crime and was duly punished right there and then. There was no punishment given to the woman. (Rauf)

A raped woman is a victim that must be treated with honor and kindness. She is not required to produce four witnesses to prove the crime done against her, nor is she punished for the crime done against her.
A woman who has been raped cannot be asked to produce witnesses; her claim shall be accepted unless there are tangible grounds to prove otherwise. To insist that she provide witnesses is akin to inflicting further pain on her. If anyone refutes her claim of innocence, the onus is on him to provide evidence, and she may simply deny the claim by making a solemn oath, thus clearing herself in public. The Prophet (saw) said, “The onus to provide evidence falls on the one who makes a claim, and the one who denies (the same) can absolve himself or herself by making a solemn oath to the contrary.”
As for a spouse who witnesses his or her partner committing adultery and the other party denies it and they are unable to provide witnesses, they are, if they so desire, to part company by repudiating each other by engaging in what is known as a solemn oath and prayer of curse (li`an). It is described thus in the Qur’an: “And those who accuse their wives, and have no witnesses but themselves, then the testimony of each of them shall be a testimony sworn by God repeated four times, that he is indeed truthful. And the fifth (oath) is that God’s curse be upon him if he is lying. And it shall avert punishment from her that she testify a testimony repeated and sworn by God four times, that he is lying. And a fifth (oath) that the wrath of God be upon her, if he has spoken the truth” (An-Nur: 6-9).

I will do some research & get back to you, some of the stuff you have qouted & provided links seems a bit misunderstood.
What i can tell you is that in Islam if a man rapes a women, the women does not get punished or accused of comiting a sin, the man however gets punished because he committed a sin. (what his punishment is i am not sure i will get back to you on that)

Fine with me. I've never heard people say that rape stuff, but I'm interested in that you are saying that the Qur'an tells you that if a woman cheats on her husband, and her husband can't get more than enough evidence to prove it, that he should be tortured.
I think that's about as awful of what you're disclaiming the first place.

And what about this verse?
24:6 As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, (swearing) by Allah that he is of those who speak the truth;
It's only two verses from the one you quote.

Religious intolerence at its best. They hate you because you aren't like them. Don't worry about it, they hate everybody, including themselves.
