There's a chick that I think I like and I'm not sure if she likes me, sometimes I catch her looking at me and sometimes she acts clumsy, I'm not much diferent but how do I make a steady approach to ask her out, and how do I make it as smoth as possibe?

Just be yourself and ask her out. Who cares if you're smooth or not. She may find your awkwardness charming.

don't be afraid! there is nothing that a girl loves more than you just calling her and asking her to ice cream or something (not a movie on the first date that seems like you really want to kiss them)

If you want to ask her out, let her know you like her, by talking with her, ask her what things she likes be genuine and most of all be yourself

be yourself! just try to calmly walk up to her and start a conversation and then at the end of the convo ask 'do you like me? and if she says yes then be like i like you too, and ask her out, its simple.
