Ask you folks for a back brush , some acne face wash, a stack of cheap white washcloths( you can get 'em at Wal-mart or Target) and a bar of Neutrogena soap. Showering is better for your body because it rinses the skin, oil, dirt etc, off and down the drain, instead of sloshing around in all that yucky stuff in your tub. use your acne wash on your back brush and wash your back thoroughly, next your chest, then arms and then legs. rinse your body, well, then use a bath cloth with the bar of soap to clean your face last and rinse well. Finally, your feet and personal areas, then ,when you are clean, take a Quick Cold Rinse-off ! It's refreshing and invigorating and closes the pores and your hair gets shiny !! Dry face then body with a clean towel.. Do Not touch your pimples if possible. the normal Bacteria on your hands only makes the prob. worse.. Keep up your routine and you'll notice a difference sooner that you think!!!

Drink lots of purified water, take zinc, eat veggies, stay away from sugar and refined junk foods and sodas. It really is true when they say that what you put in, comes out all over. Make sure you are taking in fiber to keep you regular, sometimes that can cause problems such as acne. Keep your body clean, scrub your back, and let the sun shine on your back. Practical steps. For additional help, since you are quite young, make sure you do not take any prescription acne medication that could cause severe side effects later in life. Find a good doctor who can recommend something if it gets really unbearable.

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

Nature's Cure- Two part body acne treatment is by far the best product out there. I have tried a lot of products for back/body acne and Nature Cure works the best and is less expensive than most of the other products I have tried. It's also very easy to use and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy like proactive or other products I spent hundereds of dollars on from dermatologists. Hope this helps! :)

Get a shower cream that contain triclosan or tea tree oil as they are both anti bacterial agents. Bacterial are the main cause of pimples, so using an anti bacterial shower cream might help the the problem. After shower, apply a 0.5% benzoyl peroxide cream on the affected area for a faster result.

Neutrogena puts out a great body cleanser for body breakouts. Neutrogena® Body Clear® Body Scrub or Neutrogena® Body Clear® Body Wash, depending if you want some exfoliation or not. Use a loofah (those mesh looking sponges). They have ones with handles attached to get your back. I had a breakout on my back AND chest (probably from sweat) 3 weeks before prom. I used the Neutrogena body wash with the loofah daily and by prom, my breakouts had cleared. Don't pick. Be consistent. And be positive. Good luck!

my friend has the same problem as you do. she uses Proactiv and said it works. if you dont have the money for that, make sure that when you sweat you don't let it try on your skin, or it would cause clogging of the pores. and scrub your back when you shower! a lot of times pimples are just caused by oil and dirt not removed
