Alcohol/drug withdrawal will do it. If it goes away with additional alcohol/drug consumption your probably an alcoholic/addict.

pacemaker huh.
a proper diet and your "more than basic T L C". switch from the brawn (muscles) to the brain immediately. the macho act must be shelved until further notice!!!!!!
you need to be aware of where you are at all times. if you get too close to where a microwave is located and it is operating you could have very dire problems in a flash. and a microwave is only one such machine.
your life as you knew it is gone and you need to learn a new set of survival rules.
good luck dude.

1. Coffee Drinking Increases Heart Attack Risk
Recent research shows that over half the population studied has a genetic variation that slows the metabolism of caffeine and increases the risk of heart attack. If people with these genes drink 2 cups of coffee a day, their risk of heart attack is increased by 32%. If they drink 4 or more cups a day, their heart attack risks increases to 64%. For people under the age of 59, the risk of heart attack associated with coffee drinking is even higher. One cup a day increases their risk of heart attack by 24%, two - three cups a day increases it 67% and the risk for four or more cups of coffee is increased by 133%! People who drank less than 1 cup of coffee a day did not show increased risk of heart attacks.
2. Caffeine Raises Blood Pressure
Drinking caffeinated beverages has been shown to significantly increase blood pressure. High blood pressure is a silent disease which can create devastating complications, including hardening of the arteries, kidney problems, poor eyesight, aneurysms (bulges in blood vessels), and heart attacks. By limiting your caffeine intake, you can make great progress towards lowering your blood pressure.
I would check with your doctor as soon as possible because, your symptoms are not normal. The information I listed above may be causing the tremors but, a doctor is the only one who can make certain. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.

You shouldn't be asking here, "What can cause this?" You should make an appointment with a doctor. Any answers you get here could either panic you unnecessarily or give you a false sense of security. There are too many things that could cause this for it to be called with even remote accuracy from the description you give.

hmmm maybe a pinched nerve or a pinched blood vessle. I would think something with blood vessels cuz caffeine is supposed to make blood vessles contract causing blood pressure to increase. Well, those are my guesses. Im no expert or anything. Hope you find out what causes yur problem.
