Well since you have a cast on your right arm I guess it would be complicated to pleasure yourself. Have you tried to play around with your right arm? If there is pain or discomfort just try using your left hand.. maybe it's not as pleasurable because you aren't a lefty but yet, I'm not a lefty myself and I play with my boyfriend in the pants with my left hand sometimes. It's not really that hard to just try to use your left hand. Just try doing it and I'm pretty sure going at it a minute or so you'll get the hang of it and find a comfortable stage soon. I'm sorry about your cast. My advice is to use your other hand or get your girl to do it for you. If these can't happen, then you'll just have to wait. I promise you won't explode from semen build-up. LOL Good luck!!
