I don't know of a website but I do know that when dying your hair blonde it goes through an orange stage and this means that you need to leave the dye on longer by doing so you will get pass the orange stage and your hair will eventually go to the blonde stage just keep checking your hair throughout the dying process until you see your hair getting to the blonde stages it will be noticeable. I have experience with this because my mom use to be a hair dresser.

i would go to the store and buy a lighter not washout but perminent platinum blonde dye and that should fix your problem if you hair is orange, becuase with the platinum blonde the ingredient is mainly bleach so it will only get darker or lighter not orange or light brown like dyes, but hey what do i know right? im a guy!

If you have darker hair, you have to go light gradually. If you're looking for platinum blonde, you should try the lightest pale blonde shade of hair dye. Most blonde dyes will turn your hair orangish if you don't time it right, and/or your current shade is darker...

I seriously doubt you can find anything temporary that lightens hair, especially all the way to blonde. Bleach or peroxide is in almost all hair lighteners so, I'm pretty sure you can't get a wash-out version. Sorry.
