the outbreak is only at the lower jaw facial area. Numerous kind of creams have been applied but to no avail. Is it much worse than just normal outbreak or is it because of some internal body impurities or hormones in- balance? Stress? dirty blood? Btw, i'm asking on behalf of my girlfriend.

Dirty blood! Jeez louise. Not that. What the heck is that supposed to be?

A common cause of skin eruptions on the lower jaw is actually an allergy to some ingredients in toothpaste. Your girlfriend could try using a toothpaste without fluoride, or a sensitive tooth toothpaste, and always make sure to rinse that area well (ideally, wash it) afterward.

But yes, other factors/causes could be stress or hormones. Also, it's possible that if she's eating something like buttered popcorn or fried chicken (something greasy), or leaning on her hands a lot, she's leaving oil (from the food) or passing bacteria (from her hands) to her face and that's causing her to break out. You can also break out from bacteria transferred to your face from your phone, so you should wipe it down with alcohol every so often, and be sure to wash any of that other bacteria or oil off your face. [Note: eating the food will NOT make her break out. Getting her face dirty with it and not washing it off could.]

If she's tried salicylic acid and benzoil peroxide and has used them correctly, the next thing she should do is see a doctor (if the above suggestions for changes don't seem like they would help). A dermatologist can prescribe her oral or topical antibiotics. Sometimes even if you do everything right and are as clean and caring to your skin as humanly possibly, you will still break out, and a dermatologist is the person who can best try to help you with that.

Good luck to her, and be sure to be extra nice and caring to her while she's upset over this, as it seems like you already are

edit: A dermatologist can also advise on possible hormonal issues. She doesn't have to see a gynecologist specifically for that when her only symptoms are chin flareups. While polycystic ovary syndrome *can* cause pimples on your chin, it has many other symptoms (like irregular or no periods, weight gain, and facial hair growth) and only affects 5-10% of women. http://www.4woman.gov/faq/pcos.htm There's no need to scare her into thinking her fertility is compromised because she's got zits on her chin.

That's an ancient other halves story sweetheart. Mangoes are well for dermis due to the fact that they're prime in Vitamin A. I consume mangoes in the summertime and feature ideal dermis (I have psoriasis on my scalp however it has not anything to do with mangoes). When I listen the phrase mango I feel of Doctor No, Underneath The Mango Tree used to be a tune that used to be gambling at the radio in 007's auto, on the bar, and Honey Ryder used to be making a song it whilst she walked out of the water. That's it I must watch that film once more!

Well for starters.....does your girlfriend rest her chin in her hands alot.....if she does the bacteria fromher hands can lead to breakouts. Hormones can also cause breakouts to occur especially if it's close to her menstrual cycle. The breakout may not be getting better due to over using acne creams. They have a tendency to dry out the skin which can lead to further irritation. Stress can play a minor role in breakouts. Her blood is not "dirty" in fact break outs happen due to bacteria and clogged pores.....which have nothing to due with her blood. She should try washing her face in the morning and at night with a mild soap designed cleanse the face without drying it out and to keep from touching/resting her hands on her face. It takes time for breakouts to clear up. If she has on going problems for weeks she should make an appointment with a Dermatologist who can prescribe medication to clear up acne.

Hmm, there's no such thing as dirty blood. You might have a hormonal imbalance but you will probably grow out of it. Make sure to wash your face every day too.

This might be a sign of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), or maybe a hormone imbalance (too much androgens). She should perhaps go see a doctor, specifically a gynecologist.

This website talks about it:

Good luck to her!
