Depends somewhat on what you call a casino. In Ohio, where most gambling is still illegal, "skill game" parlors seem to be on every street corner. These are businesses that have real slot machines, similar to Las Vegas, etc, but are "legal" because Ohio law labels them as games of skill instead of games of chance.

Usually the machines require the player to choose the moment the machine stops, which somehow is defined as a "skill".

Since I believe gambling should be legal in Ohio, I have no problem with the skill games . . . but I do not understand how Ohio lawmakers came up with such a nonsensical law.

Maybe I'm just not as smart as our elected officials?
