Her Birthday is coming soon, what should i give her and how can I reveal my feelings to her wihout loosing her! Furthermore I cant sleep at night I just keep thinking about her all the time, I cant focus on anything other then her! please help me!

First thing you can do is take a deep breath, and relax. You aren't going to lose your friend just because she knows that you like her.
Next you have to realize that it's your doubts that are causing you your distress. You have to stop driving yourself crazy. It's not healthy, and frankly, not very attractive.
You want to do something sweet, personal, and romantic for her birthday. I would suggest finding a private moment to give it to her.
However, you need to prepare her for this moment. So, in the days before her birthday, make sure you flirt with her a bit, and give her compliments. Her reactions will tell you how receptive she'll be, and it will hopefully get her thinking of you as something other than a friend.
Then, on her birthday, you give her the gift, and then ask her out. Take your time, and figure out now what you want to say. Just be confident, be sweet, be romantic, be honest, and be yourself. She might turn you down, but I doubt that she'll want to stop being friends.

Well before you reveal your feelings you should probably find out how she feels first. So have one of your or her friends that you could trust (It can even be a trusted mutual friend) go up to her and say something along the lines of 'Hey you know who would make a cute couple?......you and ____(insert your name here)__.
Hope it helps, and as far as her birthday goes something sweet and simple like a cute teddybear and one of her favorite flowers (example: A single red rose) it's cheaper than jewerly and is very sweet.
