yes, they really do bring out your natral highlights and stuff. ive used the pantine pro v and john frida. i believe they both worked the same, but the pantine is less expensive.

Yes if you are already a blonde. If your hair is yellow blonde and you would like to make it more ashy, choose a shampoo that is blue
