Personally they are my favorite. Why does everyone hate them so much?

The black ones are my favorite too. I can't immagine why anyone wouldn't like them. I would buy a bag of all black ones over mixed colors. Wish I had some right now!

They are my favourite too. I don't like the red ones they are often bitter. Actually I haven't come across anyone hating black jelly beans. Everyone I know likes them. I guess those that hate the black ones are looking for a more sugar taste. I think some brands of jelly beans are too sweet. Regardless of brand the Black ones are the best

Sorry, but I think black licorice is gross, which is why I do not enjoy the black jelly bean. However, if they changed the flavor to Blackberry, I might like them better. Wishful thinking I suppose. I'll save all of my black jelly beans and send them to you since no one in my house will touch them!

Yes, they are yummy. The purple ones are my next favorite. I do not know why people do not eat them, I often see a lot of them left in a bowl, which I enjoy.
