Jobs? Good Luck. If White Collar - try networking or sleeping with someone who is in the know. If Blue Collar, buy the paper and show up and say that you are reliable and drug free - you have a job.

It all depends on how much your looking to spend on an apartment. Living in downtown Atlanta can be pretty costly. I would suggest something outside the perimeter. Here's a few links you can check out for apartments and jobs.
