you should weigh about 125-130 So you dont need to lose weight! What you need to do now is tone your body. Replace the fat for muscle. Although you might gain a lil bit, you'll look better! Stay active! Use stairs and park farther away!

With about 3500 calories in a pound, you would have to lose 17,500 calories in 2 days. You can burn 500 calories an hour on a treadmill or elliptical machine if you work at it. So, you only need to do that for 35 hours. There are 48 hours in 2 days. You even have 13 hours for other things like food and sleep during those 2 days. What are you waiting for? Treadmill nonstop! Just make sure your legs hold up and you get enough food (not more than normal, but not less). Ideally the 35 hours of treadmill could be spread out over one or two months. But it is technically doable in 2 days.

At 125 pounds, you're already at an excellent weight. 120 is ok too ... going too far below that (like 110 or less) could be dangerous in the long run, for most people who are 5'6".

The only ways to lose that much in such a short period are superficial. You aren't truly losing the weight. Loosing the pounds for weights sake can be done by lowering water weight and by lowering poop weight. It certainly won't last and is not safe especially if your going to be active, but here you go...

Day 1: A water and Metamucil only Fast. Drink as much water as possible along with Metamucil, or another fiber supplement. You need to drink the water to flush the sodium out of you, and the fiber will flush the other stuff out. Excercising would also be a good idea.

Day 2: True Fast. Eat no food, drink no water. DO NOT Excercise, it is very dangerous to excercise without consuming water. (no reason for losing weight is ever worth a trip to the hospital, so if you are really thristy, DRINK WATER!)

Run your *** off! Do more frequent exercising, and run with a black plastic garbage bag on you under your jacket. It will create a sauna effect and works very well for a few pounds.
Drink MAJOR amounts of water, Like, your weight in ounces. (You weigh 125, so drink 125 ounces of water per day.) It will fill you up, cleanse your system and let go of any water retention you may have.
***Keeping in mind, please that I would LOVE to be 5'6 and 125. I am 6 feet and weigh just under 195.*** SIGH! *** Thank you to having babies!!
Another thing I heard is to drink 1/4 cup lemon juice mixed with boiled water that has had 1 tsp. cayenne pepper dissolved in it.
Spicy as heck but it heats you from the inside, which is a metabolic booster.

There are 3,600 cal in a pound. Easiest way is fasting for one day. Drink only water. Why you want to loose 5 pounds?

125 in 5'6" sounds perfect to me!

i dont know how you can loose 5 lbs in 2 days without gaining 10 after that... to answer what you should weigh, that depends on how old you are, how much body fat you have, how much muscle you have, etc... just remember that muscle weighs more than fat does!

Why do you want to lose weight? The average weight for a woman that is 5' 6" is abt 130 lbs... so you are normal, in fact, a bit better!! Why is it that you want to LOSE weight, when you are a very healthy weight?
