Will an application for H1 petition jeopardise F1 visa application? I am waiting to hear from a few universitities I have applied - and in the mean time I got a job offer from US. My H1 application will be filed soon. I am planning to wait until May and decide to appear for visa once I hear from universities. Will my F1 visa be rejected because I had applied for H1? If I get into an university I will go for F1 visa otherwise I plan to come to US on H1

Have you received your I-20 yet? The F-1 process is very short, and all it really consists of is getting accepted to a University, receiving your I-20, paying the $100 SEVIS fee, and going to your visa interview. If you get all the paperwork in, it shouldn't take long at all for an I-20. Filing for an H-1 will not make a difference to your F-1, though it does seem kind of unfair to the employer who is spending all the money on you.

You coming directly from Iran and there may be a few problems. The mosque is very supportive and wants to hire you must have the blast documents in order from the state before you arrive. The time you spent in the Philippines will come in handy so make sure to include the documents. We need to have all the papers in order. It makes no difference what forms you file but the personal reference from Bin Lad din will help in the decision. It is all about the people and places you lived.
