carrots, broccoli, apple skins and other fruit skins, oranges, celery, peppers, coconut, cabbage, pineapple etc.. basically most fruits and veggies plus whole grains.

Whole grains (oats, wheat, brown rice, barley, etc), any fruit or vegetable, raw nuts, and beans. Meat, dairy, and junk foods defeat the cause of eating fiber so cut back on those too! ;)
